Creating ideas that change value into freedom
I'm a 55 yr old Dedo.
That's Dedo, not Dodo! (I've been a younger version. But this is me now : )
Have you ever gone on holiday, and when you returned, you thought, "REALLY?
"Where did the time go"?
And while that's on your mind...
There's a film you've got to watch, it's called "Groundhog Day"; it was all about a cynical T.V. weatherman who - when on vacation in a small town called Punxsutawney, finds himself reliving the same day over and over again.
During his stay, he realizes he can change the outcome of events by changing how he acts (changing behavior).
Note: Change your "ACT," and life will never be the same again.
What I mean is...
...Can you remember when you were a child and you "REALLY" wanted something?
Be it to learn to ride a bike - or climb a tree - have an adventure with your friends, or learn those squiggly lines we formed into letters, then words.
Also, the things we automatically just DID! (not including the squiggly lines)
when was it you forgot how to be spontaneous (like a child)
Or did it happen over time?
This is how we learned to give up our power, which was a good thing at the time (for our parents). But it hurts us when...
"All of a sudden," we've matured into responsible adults. And have forgotten our natural spontaneity.
(To be able to forge ahead in life's great adventure).
Waking up in the morning to face endless traffic queues or battling thousands of commuters for a few seats on the train because it's been delayed.
Working for a boss that doesn't appreciate your talents (and not paying you what you're worth). Going to bed after filling your head with fantasy T.V. and waking up to the same scenario, year after year, till you die!
PS: There are plenty of published posts that'll push your journey forward...
... helping you in this incredible journey we call life. So don't hesitate and put off for tomorrow what you can do today.
These moments of now stack up daily (so make those moments matter).
Because... before you know it, "YOU'RE HISTORY"
Wasting time is realized only when it's too late to do anything about it...
Don't let it be you who lives a life of regret; light your arse on fire and go for it!
